Member Director Election Results

On behalf of the Trustee Board, a thanks to all those who participated in the Member Director election for the Western Australia Electorate. Member director participation brings an invaluable source of insight to any superannuation fund and the Alcoa of Australia Retirement Plan is no exception.
 
The Alcoa of Australia Retirement Plan values the contributions of members and the Trustee continues to encourage all members to engage with the Plan and with their superannuation benefits.

Election Results

At the close of nominations on 15 December 2021, the Plan received one valid nomination. Therefore, in accordance with the Plan Election Rules, Nathan Rowlands has been re-elected unopposed.

Nathan was the incumbent Member Director and accordingly will be formally re-appointed by the Trustee Board as Member Director Appointee in late February 2022.
 
Nathan will hold office for a term of four years from 17 February 2022.
